Wonder Fix

AAC Block Adhesive

Description

Wonder Fix is thin bed high strength, premixed, quality assured mortar comprising of ordinary Portland cement, specially graded sand and polymers. It ensure good bonding with AAC Blocks, Hollow Blocks, Flyash bricks.

Pre-mixed ready to use, only need to add water at site.
High Water retention capability.
High bonding strength due to polymer modification of mortar.
No Water curing is required after construction of wall.
Thin joint application prevent shrinkage cracks.
Due to pre-mixed its save times for lengthy process like mixing materials, transport and separate inventory of material.
Consistent quality material.
Plastering can be done after 24 hrs. of application.

Recommendation

It is recommended for fixing AAC, CLC, Hollow, Concrete blocks & bricks.

Surface Preparation

Pre-wet the block before applying Wonder Fix.
The block, brick should be clean free from dust, voids, oil and grease etc.
Ensure that the surface is flat, structurally strong and free from any other contamination which could reduce the bond strength.

Mixing

Take the required quantity of water in a clean bucket & add Wonder Fix Joining Mortar.
Mix the product with water in the ratio of approximately 1:3.
Always powder add into water.
Mixing can be done manually or by stirrer continuously for 5–10 minutes to obtain a homogeneous lump free mix mortar.
After proper mixing, leave the paste for 5–10 minutes for polymeric dispersion before application.
Use this paste within 60 Min.

Method of Application

Make leveling of first layer perfectly.
Apply Wonder Fix uniformly on the surface.
Apply notch trowel on the mortar and firmly place the block.
Apply vertical face and horizontal joint of each block with 3 to 4 mm thickness.
Ensure that proper contact between two block.
Clean the excess materials.

Wonder Fix is non toxic alkaline in nature. For safety use goggles & hand gloves.
It is advisable to avoid direct eye and skin contact with this.
In case of eye contact, wash with clean water for at least 15 minutes and seek medical help.
