Description

Maxx Poxy is a stain-free, hygienic, high-strength, non-sagging, and chemical-resistant three-component epoxy grout specially designed for grouting ceramic, vitrified tiles, granite, and natural stone on floors and walls in interior, exterior, and wet area applications.

Recommended Uses

Suitable for tile joint widths from 2–15 mm
Recommended for ceramic tiles, vitrified tiles, granite, and natural stone
Ideal for floors, walls, bathrooms, kitchens, balconies, terraces, swimming pools, and other wet areas
Grouting should be carried out 24 hours after tile fixing

Surface Preparation

Ensure tile joints are free from efflorescence, dirt, dust, and loose particles.
Clean joints thoroughly using a dry brush.
Ensure tiles or stones are firmly fixed before grouting.

Mixing Instructions

Wear appropriate PPE before mixing.
Mix 2 parts Resin + 1 part Hardener + 3.5 parts Filler (2:1:3.5 by volume).
First mix the resin and hardener for 1 minute.
Add 70% of the filler and mix for 2 minutes.
Add the remaining 30% filler and mix for another 2 minutes until a smooth, uniform paste is obtained.
Working time: Up to 45 minutes at 27°C.
Clean tools immediately with water before the epoxy hardens.
Do not add water to the mixture.

Application

Ensure joints are clean, dry, and free from dust and moisture.
Apply grout using a hard rubber float, pressing it firmly into the joints.
Compact all joints completely and remove excess grout.
After 30–45 minutes, clean the tile surface using clean water and a scrubber.

Notes

Protect the grouted area for 48 hours after application.
For swimming pools, allow 72 hours before exposure to water.
Clean any grout haze within 24 hours using a mild soap solution.
Avoid harsh chemical cleaners.
Household acid cleaning should only be carried out 7–14 days after application.
Product performance depends on proper application and maintenance.

Shelf Life

1 year from the date of manufacturing when stored in sealed containers under dry conditions.
