ECOBOND AAC Block Joining Mortar is a premium quality, polymer-modified, ready-to-use thin bed mortar specially designed for joining AAC (Autoclaved Aerated Concrete), ALC, CLC, hollow concrete blocks, and bricks. Manufactured using high-grade Portland cement, carefully selected aggregates, and performance-enhancing polymers, it provides excellent bonding strength and ensures durable masonry construction.

Unlike conventional cement-sand mortar, ECOBOND requires only the addition of water at the site, making it easy to prepare and apply. Its thin joint application of 3–4 mm reduces material consumption, minimizes shrinkage cracks, improves wall alignment, and enhances the overall structural integrity of the masonry. The high water retention capability ensures better hydration, resulting in superior bond strength and long-lasting performance.

ECOBOND is suitable for both interior and exterior construction applications and eliminates the need for water curing after wall construction. The mortar offers excellent workability, a long open time, and sufficient pot life, allowing masons to work efficiently while reducing material wastage. It also enables plastering within 24 hours of application, helping speed up construction schedules.

The product is ideal for residential, commercial, and industrial building projects where high-strength masonry and faster construction are required. It delivers excellent compressive and tensile adhesion strength while maintaining consistent quality throughout every batch.
