Vegetable oil based, Concentrated and Emulsified form release agent
Maxx Shurelease Mo+ is a vegetable oil based, eco-friendly shuttering oil supplied as amber brownish liquid, which turns off-white when diluted in water. It produces a chemical release agent to form a thin film on the surface of the formwork, which enables easy stripping from the hardened concrete.
Maxx Shurelease Mo+ is used for easy, stain free release of concrete moulds and form work of all types.
1:5 water dilution covers 80–160 m² depending on the formwork.
Maxx Shurelease Mo+ in ration of 1:5 with clean water, using a clean container and stirring thoroughly until evenly mixed. If the solution is not used the same day, it should be stirred again before use.
No preparation is normally necessary. Metal moulds showing signs of rust must be wire brushed and cleaned before application.
Untreated timber and Plywood may require a second coat of Maxx Shurelease Mo+ for first application only. Treated woodwork should require just a single coat.

Apply Maxx Shurelease Mo+ 1:5 water diluted solution to the face of the form work by spray, roller brush or cloth.
Only one coat should be applied, as thinly as possible except on very absorbent new timber where two coats may be necessary for first application only.
Allow the coating to dry.
If the formwork is not used for several days, a further coat may be applied before use.
It is essential that Maxx Shurelease Mo+ is thoroughly dry before placing concrete.
In condition of high humidity drying times will be much longer than in warm dry conditions.
It is necessary to protect freshly coated formwork from rain, which may dilute the emulsion before it has dried.
After drying the coating will withstand an occasional light shower but may be affected by heavy or continuous rain.
In such cases, a further coat is advised once surfaces have dried out thoroughly.
The cleaned formwork surfaces must be re-coated with Maxx Shurelease Mo+ each time as per normal practice.

Maxx Shurelease Mo+ has shelf life of 12 months.
