FLEXICOAT – Flexible Elastomeric Waterproofing Coating

Product Description
Flexicoat is a fibre-reinforced, single-component, positive pressure elastomeric waterproof coating designed for roofs and exposed surfaces. It forms a highly flexible, weather-resistant waterproof membrane with excellent crack-bridging properties and long-lasting durability. Suitable for extreme climatic conditions, it can be applied by brush or roller and becomes walkable after drying.

Application Method

Surface Preparation

Clean the surface thoroughly and remove dust, loose particles, grease, and contaminants.
Remove existing efflorescence using wire brushing followed by water washing.
Open, clean, and fill cracks up to 10 mm using a suitable crack filler.
Ensure the surface is in SSD (Saturated Surface Dry) condition before application.

Priming

For porous substrates, apply Maxx Nano Prime penetrating primer before Flexicoat.

Application

Stir thoroughly for 2–3 minutes before use.
Apply evenly using a brush or roller.
Apply subsequent coats at right angles to the previous coat for uniform coverage.
Allow each coat to dry before applying the next.
