Product Description
MAXX RUBBER FLEX is a ready-to-use, synthetic rubber-based liquid waterproofing coating that dries to form a seamless black elastomeric membrane. It provides excellent waterproofing while allowing the surface to breathe, offering superior crack-bridging properties and long-lasting protection. The coating is bluish-black when applied and turns into a durable black membrane after drying.

Surface must be clean, solid, and free from oil, grease, and dust.

Application Method

Surface Preparation

Clean the surface thoroughly and remove dust, laitance, oil, grease, and loose particles.
Pre-wet the substrate before application.
Ensure the surface is damp with no standing water.

Priming

MAXX RUBBER FLEX is self-priming.
Dilute with 500 ml of water to use as a primer where required.

Coating

Apply directly on the damp or primed surface using a brush or roller.
Recommended dry film thickness: 0.5–0.6 mm in 2 coats (approximately 0.3 mm per coat).
Total coverage: 1.2 kg/m².
Apply the second coat after the first becomes touch dry (approximately 1 hour).
If the required thickness is not achieved, apply a third coat.
