Cementitious Polymer Modified Thin Self-Curing Plaster

Product Description

Master Stucco Plast is a finishing compound formulated for concrete surfaces and precast elements for indoor and outdoor use.

A smooth surface is obtained by eliminating blemishes such as grooves, seams, fine cracks and rock pockets.

It can also be used effectively on brick, block, stone walls as well as concrete surfaces.

Thin plastering of interior and exterior walls
Filling pinholes prior to over-coating
Interior and exterior concrete walls
Fiber cement board
Suitable as a direct surface finishing material for columns, ceilings and beams
Effective for filling plumbing and electrical conduit linings

Application Methodology

Step 1: Surface Preparation

Surface must be sound, smooth and free from dirt, dust, oil, laitance, curing compounds and other contaminants.
Remove all loose particles, old mortar, paint and laitance using a stiff wire brush or other suitable methods.
Seams and rock pockets exceeding 3 mm should be repaired before application.
Pre-dampen the surface with clean water to saturate the substrate.

Step 2: Mixing Instructions

Master Stucco Plast requires 20–30% water by weight of the material.
Mix using a mechanical stirrer for 2–3 minutes until a lump-free consistency is achieved.
Use a spatula, putty blade, aluminium float or any suitable mechanical leveling device to prepare the final finish.
Mix only the quantity that can be used within 1 hour.
Do not add extra water to the already mixed material.

Step 3: Application

Apply the mixed Master Stucco Plast using a steel trowel at a thickness of 3–6 mm per coat.
Drying depends on temperature and substrate porosity.
The coating dries in approximately 30–45 minutes.
Finish the surface with a trowel or a soft paint brush as required.
Avoid applying more than 6 mm thickness in a single coat.
For greater thickness, apply multiple coats.

In case of eye contact, rinse immediately with plenty of clean water and seek medical advice.
