Description

Maxx Poxy is a stain-free, hygienic, high-strength, non-sagging, and chemical-resistant three-component epoxy grout specially designed for grouting ceramic, vitrified, granite, and natural stone tiles on both walls and floors. It is suitable for interior, exterior, and wet area applications. The grout offers excellent durability, abrasion resistance, and long-lasting color performance while providing a smooth and attractive finish.

Surface Preparation
Ensure tile joints are clean, dry, and free from dust, dirt, efflorescence, and loose particles. Remove contaminants by dry brushing and ensure tiles or stones are firmly fixed before grouting.

Mixing Instructions

Wear appropriate PPE before mixing.
Mix 2 parts resin, 1 part hardener, and 3.5 parts filler by volume.
Blend resin and hardener for 2 minutes, then gradually add filler and mix for another 2 minutes until a smooth, homogeneous paste is achieved.
Working time is approximately 45 minutes at 27°C.
Do not add water.
Clean tools with water before the epoxy hardens.

Application
Apply grout using a hard rubber float, ensuring joints are completely filled without voids. Remove excess grout using a rubber trowel. After 30–45 minutes, clean the tile surface with clean water and a scrubber.

Shelf Life
12 months from the date of manufacturing when stored in sealed, dry conditions.

Precautions

Protect the grouted area for 48 hours after application (72 hours for swimming pools).
Clean haze within 24 hours using mild soap or detergent.
Avoid harsh chemicals.
Acid cleaning should only be carried out after 7–14 days.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
