Description

Maxxplast Readymix Plaster is a cementitious ready mix plaster used for traditional plastering work in a clean and speedy manner. Due to its high content of additives, it provides better shrinkage control and improved workability.

Maxxplast Readymix Plaster is recommended for external and internal plastering on AAC blocks, Flyash Bricks, ceilings and RCC surfaces.

It is silt-free and organic content-free. The graded sand provides durable masonry surfaces with negligible cracks.

We provide consistent, impurity-free material batch after batch to assure you a hassle-free solution.

Application Methodology

Surface Preparation

The substrate should be clean and free from standing water, oil, grease, laitance, paint and corrosion products.
Wash the surface with clean water to remove dust.
The surface should be wetted before application.

Note: Before applying plaster, a thin coat of cement slurry can also be applied on RCC surfaces for better mechanical bonding.

Mixing

Pour one 40 kg bag of Maxxplast Readymix Plaster into 6.5–7.5 litres of clean water and mix until a homogeneous paste is obtained.
Mixing can be done manually or with a mechanical stirrer.
Allow the mix to stand for 5 minutes for additive dispersion, then remix before use.

Application

Apply the mixed plaster using a steel trowel at a thickness of 5–10 mm in one layer.
Finish the surface with a wooden or steel float as required.
Allow the plaster to set before curing.
For greater thickness, apply in two layers.
The first layer should be roughened and cured.
Apply the second layer at least 48 hours after the first.
If a second coat is required, groove the first coat to ensure proper bonding and cure it for 2–3 days before applying the second coat.

Maxxplast Readymix Plaster is non-hazardous.
Do not swallow the product or allow it to come into contact with skin or eyes.
Wear suitable protective goggles and gloves while handling.
In case of eye contact, rinse immediately with plenty of clean water and seek medical advice.
If swallowed, seek immediate medical attention. Do not induce vomiting.
