Mixing and Application of UNI TILE FIX

  •  For mixing, gradually add 3 parts of UNI TILE FIX to 1 part of water (by volume) to avoid any lump formation.
  •  Mix first for 3 to 5 minutes by hand of electrical mixer to mix homogeneously.
  •  Allow mortar to stand for next 2 to 3 minutes so that additives may react with water.
  •  Mix again for 2-3 minutes. Now UNI TILE FIX is ready to use.
  •  Before application clean the surface of floor or wall so that they are free from any dust.
  •  Spread UNI TILE FIX evenly on entire surface of the tile/stone in such a way to maintain the bond thickness 3 mm. Use toothed trowel to spread the tile adhesive over tiles.
  •  Firmly press tiles over the surface.
  •  Do not disturb the tile surface after application of tile adhesive for at least 24 hours. The setting time is affected by climatic conditions, allow stand along time accordingly.

Care to be taken

Do not add external sand or cement at the time of mixing UNI TILE FIX with water at site
